A wonderful program is available in New Jersey for those who are now having trouble meeting their mortgage payments.
If you are "upside-down" in your home (that is, your home's market value is less than your mortgage principal) or if the tough economy has made it difficult for you to both pay the mortgage and feed and clothe your family, then the Housing Assistance Recovery Program (HARP) may be able to help you.
