Summary Real Estate Sales Numbers Improve in July!

Have a look at the current summary (year-to-date) sales information for Warren Township (07059) and Watchung Borough (07069).

I am delighted to report that July brought an improvement in sales in both of these real estate markets.

Watchung Borough showed particularly strong improvement, with the average sale price increasing by almost $65,000 and the number of days on the market decreasing by nearly a month!
